About this app

This app is designed for parents with children aged 0 to approx. 18 months Also grandparents, childminder and any other contact with this age group can benefit from the app.
Many of the exercises can also be used on children aged 2-4 years, as long as you are strong enough to grapple them.

The app is designed to give you ideas for good, fun games and exercises that stimulate your child at an appropriate level and thus helps the child well through the various motor stages.

By romp will experience a lot of little great moments and you will form a strong bond of trust and confidence. You are learning while your child the joy of being physically active.

The app is divided into three age groups (0-3 months, 4-7mdr, 8-12 + months). In each age group for a description of the motor development for that age. Then follows a series of activities and games that can be used from the age onwards.

There are three exercises for each age group with the free version of the app. It is possible to buy the rest of an age group (10-15 exercises more) or buy all three age groups combined.

Further, there is a lot of background knowledge about what you should be aware of when you tumble, info about the senses, reflexes, balance, postural stability, etc.
