Pregnant - follow the development of the Committee for Health Information in collaboration with the Midwife Association and the National Board of Health and with the support of TrygFonden.
The app guides you through your pregnancy, week by week. You can read about everything from relationships and the life-giving encounter between egg and sperm to the stages of birth 9 months later. There are also a number of useful and fun tools to help you keep track of midwifery consultations, pregnancy exercises and your own pictures and important moments during pregnancy.
PUT YOUR EARTH MOTHER IN THE POCKET
With Pregnant - follow the trend you always have 'your midwife' at your fingertips. In the app's lexicon you can read about your pregnancy and the content consists of the latest knowledge, approved by the National Board of Health and the Midwives Association.
THE BOOK OF THE BARNET
Start on the Baby's book already during your pregnancy. In the app you will find a smart diary feature where you can save photos and write about important moments in your pregnancy. You can easily mark the most important milestones, and after your pregnancy you can save or print in a beautiful design. Once you are born, you can continue the Baby's book in the My Baby app - the first year.
The app contains:
• Pregnancy development week by week
• Diary for your best photos and moments during your pregnancy - can easily be printed or sent to family and friends
• Calendar feature with overview of your midwife and doctor appointments
• Ability to add your own appointments and synchronize with the phone's calendar
• Video exercises that allow you to give birth preparation in your own home
• Advice on morning sickness and other common disorders
• Tips on sex and relationships when you are expecting a child
• Advice on how to eat, drink and exercise during pregnancy
