About this app

Fat Burn Timer is an interval beep timer built for people who want to move, not
fiddle with an app.

Set two intervals and a session length. Press start. The app beeps at the first
interval, then the second, alternating for the whole session — so you always know
when to switch pace without looking at your phone.

WHAT YOU GET

• Two independent intervals, in seconds — for example 40 seconds hard, 30 seconds
easy, repeating
• Distinct tones per interval (2000 Hz and 1400 Hz), so you can hear which stretch
you are starting without checking the screen
• Session lengths from 10 to 150 minutes
• A live countdown to the next beep, the active interval, time remaining, beep
count and a progress bar
• Pause, resume and stop at any point
• A triple chime when the session ends
• The screen stays awake while a session runs, and releases as soon as it stops

BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY

• No account, no sign-up, no login
• No internet permission — the app cannot connect to the network at all
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs
• No data collected, stored or transmitted. Nothing to delete
• Works fully offline, on a plane, in a basement gym
• Around 16 MB installed

HOW PEOPLE USE IT

Walk-run intervals, HIIT rounds, treadmill or bike sessions, circuit training,
rowing pieces, stretching holds, breathing drills, physio exercises — anything with
two alternating phases and a fixed total time.

Tones are generated on your device, so there are no audio files to download and no
delay when a beep is due. Beeps play through your speaker or your headphones,
including Bluetooth.

Fat Burn Timer is a general-purpose interval timer, not a medical or fitness
tracking device. It takes no measurements and makes no health claims. Consult a
qualified professional before starting any exercise programme.

Two deliberate choices worth keeping if you edit:

No health claims anywhere — no calorie counts, no weight-loss promises. "Fat Burn" in the name already draws attention under Play's health-claims policy; efficacy claims in the description are what turn that attention into a rejection. The closing disclaimer paragraph is part of that defence.

The privacy bullets are literally true and checkable — the app has no INTERNET permission, so a reviewer verifying "cannot connect to the network" will find it accurate. That's also what makes the "collects no data" answer on the Data safety form safe to give.
Interval beep timer for workouts. Two intervals, one button, no distractions.
