The app contains three profiles – children (+4 years), young people (+12) and adults (+18) – so that everyone can find meditations that suit their age and needs. You can create up to 4 profiles for your entire family/household under one subscription, and in this way create a tradition of taking care of yourself and each other with meditation as a tool.

Meet Pernille – the voice behind the meditations
All meditations are developed and recorded by Pernille Kjærulff, a nurse and therapist who has worked with mental well-being and well-being in her own practice for more than 14 years. Her experience from over 2000 sessions forms the foundation for the app's meditations. Meet her in the Welcome Video in the app.
