CLEAR AND EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND RESULTS

If the information is incomplete or uncertain, this is clearly indicated so you can take it into account in your assessment.

Indicator guide:
• ✅ Green - The product appears to be lactose-free based on the available product information.

• ⚠️ Yellow (Warning) - The available product information does not make it clear if the product contains lactose or not.

• 🛑 Red - The product appears to contain lactose based on the available product information.

This gives you a quick and transparent basis for making a more confident choice.

If a scanned product cannot be found, the message “Product not found” is shown.
You then have the option to help add the product to the database.
