This app is phenomenal, I was looking for an app like ChronoSync but for Android and this delivers. It offers a lot of granularity while not being overwhelming. The checklist at the start to ensure it's got the relevant permissions is great. The docs site with explanations of the settings was super useful. Now that WhatsApp/Google are charging for backups I wanted to sync mine to my NAS, I managed to get it all set up in like 10 minutes.

EDIT: Latest update fixed all the below issues :) I've only used it to sync over LAN/SMB (not over the internet), but it does that very well. -- Needs to be updated (to a newer SDK?) - it can't read what WiFi network I'm currently connected to, which is critical as I'm syncing to a local server. I think it might be because WiFi needs the location permission, and I could only grant it access "while the app is in use" on Android 10 (OnePlus 7 Pro). Also: notifications don't work at all.

As a new user, it would be nice if I was able to select multiple sub folders to sync. For example, I only want a few sub folders under Download to sync instead of them all. I guess I will need to add multiple configurations instead? Also, would be nice to include a pause after next file option when it's syncing. SMB copying seems to be really slow (2mb) vs 20mb via something like Mix File Explorer also over SMB.
