imagine charging a monthly subscription fee to use your app that can't even sync up the sound with the video... worst streaming platform out there. I can vibecode a better streaming platform in a week. Absolute atrocious app and developers who worked on this should be embarrassed. I wouldn't even mention I had worked on this app in my resume, if I had.

The app crashes all the time, impossible to stream on the phone. You can't add things to your watchlist while being on the app through the TV, it happens often the app doesn't want to start and it gives a message to contact support who don't do anything about it. They should really work on it, it's really annoying especially when there's a monthly subscription involved.

all of a sudden tells us our subscription doesn't allow for viewing news from the start, even though the subscription is paid for. also pops up with annoying dialogs for new shows which interfere with navigation, where they could just have it in their already highlighted image carousel
