Ratings and reviews

You have to have this to get the points, but it must not be maintained. the schedule donation (get 25 extra points) doesn't let you schedule until the month starts so if your day is the 1st you can't get points because you can't schedule it. also the payment estimates are sometimes inaccurate. the badge for reading articles and asking AI bot questions is not functional. you can't get these badges so don't waste your time. I think the AI is a misnomer, it must really be a FAQ lookup.

Can not redeem Kedleague rewards points no matter what I try. The AI chat on the app said to visit a donation center and have an employee troubleshoot but even they couldn't do it. I have removed and re-installed dozens of times. I have over 10K points which equates to a $50 value in gift cards, but it looks like this is really just a scam!

Since KED introduced this app a few months ago, it's been broken at least half the time. I haven't been able to earn rewards points or purchase anything from the store since May 19th. There's never any communication or notices in the app that it's broken or under maintenance or when it will be expected to be back working. Also, the AI features are absolutely useless.
