no response from customer service even order is delay I don't get order still and driver not answering my calls, what kind of service is this, I ordered it again I don't have any idea what's going to happen next let's see

The worst delivery application of all time Takes more than 90 minutes to deliver restaurant Orders, sometimes almost 2 hours Deliverymen sometimes goes to wrong address after making me wait for at least 1 hour, then I have to wait again Food comes cold customer services very dry and they treat you as if you are in the wrong even though I have been waiting at least 1 hour They change their words after they get paid, on mobile app it mentions something, and when they call change it

- Forcing customers to subscribe to get discounted items our for faster delivery or better services is a toxic anti-customers strategy, - To write more detailed address more fields should be added to the address - Adding Multiple delivery addresses and locations would be great as some customers have more then one location. -95 fils offers are good idea but no need to bundle it with minimum order more than 5 kd, or to App subscription
