Ratings and reviews

Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

Worst app. Always doesn't load. But that is nothing compared to the actual service. They operate like a mafia. If you try to cancel firstly they will put your call on hold for atlesst one hour. Then if you want to cancel they will deliberately keep the billing cycle before the contract expiry date. This way when your contract expires and you want to cancel you have to pay for the whole month in any case. In my situation I had to pay 400 dirhams extra just to get rid of them. Awful!

One of the worst apps I have ever used. The app fails to work when it is actually needed, almost half of the time. I genuinely do not understand what du keeps updating in the background, as these updates frequently restrict customer usage instead of improving the experience. This is extremely frustrating and unreliable for a service app.
