Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

Your security to log in other people to my account without my permission is not good. While I'm changing the password, I need to type the code too many times and it says 'unable to process' because of too many trials. How come your system is not automatically synchronized or generate after entering the code and updating? why it's too difficult to use your apps?

This app is very unreliable, unstable and very slow. First, log in has a 50/50 chance to work if not worse. It's very frustrating really. This is happening for a very long time now, so many updates has passed but it never gets solved. Second, payment of bills in the app has the same 50/50 chance of succeeding. Lastly, everything in the app just loads very slow wether in a stable wifi connection or mobile data. This review is real experience, I've been using du app for more than 10 years now.

Thank you for downloading our app. We'd love to help you with this issue. We advise you to remove the App then reinstall the latest version from the store, also make sure to update your deviceās software too after clearing the cache, then try again to login with UAE Pass option or created username & password initially to get the full access. š
