Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

Very poor service. Poor customer service, poor usage service, poor data service. All the marketing and offers say to visit du app, du app itself does not work. You cannot see bundles, you cannot see your recharge history, you cannot see your usage history, and for some reason, the customer care people dont even care. I had a chat with them that i cannot see any offers and I have to recharge, they directly said, we cannot do anything.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would've chosen that. I made a mistake of getting a service from Du, and it's been a week and they can't even do any effort to solve the issue, which is very simple to solve. However, each one of du, just plays ping pong with me. What a useless customer service management and useless staff, of course they are following what the useless management is gorcing them to do. Worst experience, and I'll make sure non of acquaintances fall into the same rabbit hole.
