Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would've chosen that. I made a mistake of getting a service from Du, and it's been a week and they can't even do any effort to solve the issue, which is very simple to solve. However, each one of du, just plays ping pong with me. What a useless customer service management and useless staff, of course they are following what the useless management is gorcing them to do. Worst experience, and I'll make sure non of acquaintances fall into the same rabbit hole.

This app is highly disappointing. It fails to function correctly; it often just blinks and refuses to load. When it does open, the performance is inconsistent and the information provided is frequently incorrect. It is impossible to rely on an app that provides wrong data and crashes so often. I hope the developers fix these bugs and improve data accuracy soon. Currently, it’s not usable.

We advise you to remove the App then reinstall the latest version from the store, also make sure to update your device’s software too after clearing the cache, then try again to login with UAE Pass option or created username & password initially to get the full access. 💙
