About this app

KEEPGOING is a mobile coaching application for people wishing to improve their physical condition at home and without sports equipment.

This tool contains part of the know-how acquired after 10 years of intensive sports practice and training sessions with people of all levels.

Discover sports training and fitness programs for muscle building based on more than 150 bodyweight exercises suitable for all levels of sport. No equipment is required to perform all of the exercises, allowing you to perform them at home and outdoors. These exercises, inspired by fitness and bodyweight strengthening, have been specially selected to tone and strengthen your muscles and allow you to train easily.

To help you reach your goals regardless of your level - build your upper body, strengthen your legs, reveal your abs or even lose weight - these training programs are based on more or less intense exercises. Intensive exercises are available for trained people and less intensive exercises will allow you to gradually get back into sport. Discover this wide variety of exercises and sessions adapted to your needs, which can be carried out at home.

Using the PROGRESSION mode, you can perform tests based on carefully selected exercises. Personalized advice will be given to you based on your results (programs, exercises and type of session) to allow you to take it to the next level.

If you just want to integrate muscle building / fitness / cardio exercises into a training plan without equipment, you can also generate your own sessions at home:

- duration of training (10 - 60 min)
- training focus (upper body exercises - lower body exercises - abs exercises - cardio exercises)
- difficulty of the exercises (beginner - confirmed - athlete)

Each strengthening / fitness / cardio session generated will contain different exercises from the previous one to allow you to progress more quickly by training at home and without equipment.

To facilitate your training and guide you in the execution of the movement, all exercises have animation. You will be able to strengthen the muscles of your body more effectively by learning to use your body weight, without equipment.
