Constant failed scans. Constant partial scans. You email them and they don't reply back. Have had issues since I started using this app and then never seem to fix it. It's frustrating because I have to have this information for my insurance to continue to pay but they don't seem to care or get it fixed. Looks like there have been the same issues for a few years but obviously it's not a priority to get it fixed. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I figured out what was wrong with the app now it's fixed. I had to go into my settings and clear the cache and clear all data for the app. The only thing I wish you guys could figure out how to do is when you scan your phone with the cpap machine to check data that when you do your phone will stay paired to the machine and the qr code so it will continue to record data from the machine.

After working normally for a few months the logs got out of sync by a day. I un-installed then re-installed the app and it now just freezes with a blank React Health screen. In hindsight I should have just ignored the sync issue. Oops. Update - their support helped quickly, apparently clearing the app data and cache fixes the issue. They said they are working on a better solution.
