Pros: Simple, straightforward tracking of macronutrient and water consumption. Free to use. Cons: it's simplicity means that users will have to weigh or measure everything they eat. The database is lacking in comparison with its peers. They have ways and means to estimate consumption e. g. Being able to look up a small banana and use the given average size, or log weighed measures. No tracking of micronutrients. No assistance. These shortcomings mean the app works well but, doesn't have enough.

It is good minimalist app without ads and other bs like recipes or training plans. But there are couple of inconveniences. Font in products db is inconsistent. Search is too hard (no typos and word order matters). You can't add product to favorites from anywhere except search view. Liquid food are not included in water consumption (like tea, milk and soft drinks).

This app really helps to follow my nutrition. I love it and I use it every single day. I already recommended it to my friends. Thanks to the app and to many workouts, I reached my first weight-goal. There are some things that are missing though- for instance, now that I reached my goal, I would like to change my weight goal and I want that the app will adjust the amount of nutrients accordingly, but I don't see such an option. Because I don't know alone how to decide how much I need to eat a day
