The Family Hifazat Patient Portal is a secure, confidential, and easy-to-use platform that enables AKUH patients to access their health information 24 hours a day. This includes diagnostic results, imaging reports, medications, vaccination records, clinical appointments, and discharge summaries.

The app also allows users to record and monitor selected health metrics such as blood pressure and blood glucose, presented through simple graphical visualizations and trends to help users better understand and track their health over time. All health information is handled securely and is used solely to enhance the user experience within the app, and is never shared outside the app.

Extremely frustrating registeration process. Staff was professional but for nothing. They also misguide by calling it family hifazat while they don't allow me to register to take appointments for my father.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this app. After encountering login issues over a year ago, I still haven't received any resolution. The lack of customer support is shocking—no one responds to queries, and it's impossible to get help. This app feels abandoned and unprofessional. Definitely not recommended for anyone who values timely assistance and reliable service.
