I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this app. After encountering login issues over a year ago, I still haven't received any resolution. The lack of customer support is shocking—no one responds to queries, and it's impossible to get help. This app feels abandoned and unprofessional. Definitely not recommended for anyone who values timely assistance and reliable service.

Through this application it had become easier to take an appointment, but some times application refuses the availability but if u contact Helpline for appointment u can get at same time at which application refused. This i can't understand why? Secondly good to see direct images of scan/X-ray as soon as they r recorded. Suggestion is that to make contact with patient and concern doctor , for smaller issues, because for smaller issues if u go to Emergency Dept u have to atleast wait 2 hrs

great app and very impressive initiative, it worked well for first couple of days, but new updates are quite frequent and they have messed up the user experience. not able to login since last couple of days. website also does not load properly often times.
