About this app

Pa'Lante Hoy is a free application created to support the emotional recovery of individuals and families affected by a disaster such as a hurricane, tornado, flood, earthquake or incident of mass violence, privately and at your own pace. Additionally, most of the content in the app is relevant to people who have experienced other stressful events in their lives.
