Ratings and reviews

I downloaded app to apply transfer credits from multiple colleges/universities. Each transfer attempt would only allow 3 transcripts to upload. Then app would drop of line and force me to re-login. After 3 attempts, i deleted app. not wasting anymore time.

a few weeks ago I went into the library to print out some of the documents that were stored in the queue from 24 hours earlier, only to be told that the network was down. The first thing that I asked was, "Did you send out an email alert to all of your customers?" Deer in the headlights!!! Not a clue...
