It's exactly what it advertises. The only ads you get are after each puzzle, and even then, if you're desperate enough to not support a cool app you could always just close and reopen the game. Unlike all other games, it so far hasn't implemented those annoying ads where you HAVE to open the play store to close the ad, and all of the ads can be easily skipped in like five seconds! And unlike a CERTAIN other puzzle game (cough Flow cough), it hasn't tried to give me a virus through the ads yet!

This is a great version of Sudoku! I've had it on my phone for years, but I just got a boox e-reader and it works amazing there too! The minimalism works really well with the e-ink screen. Please add a straight black and white theme! Kaleido e-ink screen will show color, but its at a lower DPI, so it looks a little blurry. Black text specifically has 4x the DPI. A white background with black text would look the best with e-ink screens. You could even call it the e-ink theme!

Thank you so much for the kind words and the suggestion! It's great to know, how the app works on the e-ink screen.

I am obsessed with this sudoku app. It has minimal adds and free hints. You can click validate to see what numbers are wrong if you mess something up. The only thing I noticed that I wish were different is the inconsistency in difficulty. The extreme sudoku is sometimes relatively easy with a bit of brain work, but other times, it seems impossible without any help/hints.
