Lousy app. I bought an yearly premium membership. But when I try to access the premium features, it keeps pushing me to buy premium plans. Even after uploading health records, when I try to access so called insights, it says no record found! Reported issue a month back on the app. No response, no resolution. Not been able to figure out how to reach customer care.

For the uploaded documents snap is showing and smart report showing but original documents not showing please do the needful as soon as possible. I have taken a subscription but now I am thinking it is a very bad service. Driefcase and Health-e bot are much better than eka care. There is no option to contact customer care.

It is very difficult to use application for senior citizens , for that matter any citizen. other apps provide easy access to doctor . We used to use a service called docon to get appointment with our physician . he shifted to this app and it is very difficult to navigate to book any appointment with any doctor that patient will die searching for that option. Doctors who are planning to use this app , please don't save lot of trouble for your patients. Use. id give 0* but no option.
