Booking doctors appointment is a tough task. Each time I have to search doc. Despite adding to my doctors. Also there is no appointment history. Every time there is failure to book. Then after multiple trials, it works. Not sure whats the issue. I sent email no response

I booked an appointment. payment was done The appointment was successful. But I couldn't track the app and I did not receive a single message. I literally felt they were frauds

May I know who designed this app? Today, I made a payment to book an appointment, but I didn’t receive any confirmation—even though the amount was deducted from my account. To my surprise, there is no proper option to reach out to customer care, except for a feedback form and a few other irrelevant options. Is this how a service is supposed to work? How is a customer supposed to get help if they face an issue during an appointment booking or payment?
