worst app, don't have the option to see the doctors and past appointments. and no option is visible to book appointments.. such an idiotic interface

it's too much bad experience ,they always say to login and verify otp when u have already login,the older version of eks care was good to much ridiculous now

Lousy app. I bought an yearly premium membership. But when I try to access the premium features, it keeps pushing me to buy premium plans. Even after uploading health records, when I try to access so called insights, it says no record found! Reported issue a month back on the app. No response, no resolution. Not been able to figure out how to reach customer care.
