KSA. Fast but missing features. I can't pay my credit card through the app. I can't view my personal details in the app. I think they entered my birthdate wrong, because I can't register with their other online services using my correct birthdate. I'm getting an error saying I entered the wrong data.

Very basic app..Unprofessional...its ridiculous that , being well known bank they are not able to make an app that is useful.. Not able to my update iqama through this app..whenever I click on update , the app crashes..When I go online there is no option for iqama updation. Last time I went to the Riyadh branch to update iqama and I have waited for more than 1 hour ..now it seems that I need to go there again ..very much disappointed..app is not useful..even the interface is boring..

This app is lacking the basic features of a banking app. It does not show any details of the investment account. On the other hand, it still shows details of a cancelled credit card. Developer needs to improve this app to reflect the reputation of the Emirates NBD bank. At least make it similar to any other banking app. Will then come back to re-rate this app accordingly. I've tried to send an email to the posted email address but I received a response that my email was blocked/access denied :(
