Really unhappy with the new Liv App. from the font they use and everything.. Beneficiaries all gone!.. the outlook now is tedious...you have to squint your eyes and it's mostly black and white... Opening it feels horrendous... Why did I switch🫢🫢🫢 😐 ..... I prefer the old Liv App. Edit: almost nearing 2026, I still find your FAQ unhelpful. It says to look for a menu list but there isnt any on the app.

I have been attempting to close my credit card and account with Liv, but the process has been extremely frustrating. Each time I contact customer service, I am asked to call again or a new callback request is raised. I am told that I will be contacted within five working days, but I never receive any call or email update. Instead, my requests are closed with the claim that the issue has been resolved, when in fact no action has been taken.

Pathetic service, I tried to reach customer service through their toll free and w.app Couldn't get through. I have got several debit transactions from my account and tried to reach to understand why those transactions were made. In vain I have to empty my account as I can't bear the loss. Now I ask only to close my account as I Don't wish to continue.
