I've discovered that the Microphone blocker is interfering with the Samsung Clock app on my Galaxy phone, specifically it blocks alarm sound and vibration. This Clock app doesn't appear on the Whitelist app list so I cannot add it for test purposes. The alarm only functions correctly when the Microphone blocker is in Monitor mode or disabled. Google Clock works okay. There are other issues I've discovered but I will use Anti Spy to replace another app that no longer functions on Android 14.
