The Tax Agency makes available to citizens for free an application for smart mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) that offers the possibility of carrying out procedures with the Agency with or without user identification in a simple and agile way.

A digital identity management is offered based on the reference number system of the Tax Agency that allows citizens to access services where authentication is required, such as access to their tax data, consulting personal income tax returns from previous years, filing of the declaration or consultation of the processing status. Subscription is incorporated into the personal notifications system that will allow you to receive push notifications related to your statements in the application.

On the other hand, certain procedures that do not require user identification are also accessible, such as the collation of information or the presentation of documentation in the telematic registry.

In addition to these procedures, other informational services are also offered, such as general news and searches.

Users provide personal data to log in, identify the device and to allow the Tax Agency to provide them personalized services within the scope of its powers, for which interaction with its own servers is required, for which the Tax Agency informs users that that information will be available for their mobile application. These data will be used exclusively for the purposes of compliance with your tax rights and obligations and will not be transferred to third parties, except in those cases that comply with article 95.1 of the General Tax Law.

It also provides in the mobile application a section with a legally valid privacy notice, as well as ensures the corresponding protection of personal data. Part of this information is stored or sent to the servers of the Tax Agency, always to the domains of which it is the owner (https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www6.agenciatributaria.gob.es , https://www9.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https://www12.agenciatributaria.gob.es, https: //www*.agenciatributaria.gob.es). Likewise, the Tax Agency guarantees that personal information will be stored and used in a sufficiently secure manner, for the time necessary and only to provide you with the personalized services described above.

The mobile application requires access permission to the device's camera (for reading the QR that contains the Secure Verification Code (CSV) that guarantees the integrity of a document) and storage permission to access the device's file system. (so that the citizen can save the pdf of a filed declaration or can select a file with the documentation). In addition, the "Addresses and telephone numbers (web)" service opens in the browser of the mobile device and will request, if the citizen allows it, permission to access their location (the mobile application does not require this permission).

Cannot update it, does not work anylonger... well it does with extra work, releasing memory space...

Doesn't accept T.I.E.. as always Spanish government app not update with anything.. also just to point out the staff in algeciras are rude xenophobic and completely incompetent.. trying to sort out my 2016 tax bill, didn't live in Spain charging me anyway 🤷‍♂️
