About this app

Cl@ve is a system to electronically identify yourself in relations with Public Administrations.

If you are not registered in Cl@ve, you can register from this APP.
If you are registered in Cl@ve, you can activate this device with your DNI/NIE by means of an SMS or with your electronic certificate.

Once activated, from this APP you can confirm the authentication requests with Cl@ve Móvil and access the Cl@ve PIN that you request when accessing a procedure. It also allows access to the procedures of the Cl@ve system.

The app is the epitomy of useless. It's difficult to setup, hard to use once you've got it (which I've never had cause I couldn't even log in) and overall a twisted way for the government to keep us submissive with unbearably long bureaucracy.

I experienced all the problems reported, HOWEVER I rang the support number and a really helpful guy went through everything with me. When you update the app it updates your support code too (doesn't tell you though!!) I'd been using the same code from green A4, green credit card size to TIE but now ,if you have the TIE you have to put the number at the top right of the front of the card. He waited for me to go through the whole process to make sure it worked and it did. Hope this helps

It's really hard to understand the instructions in english ..it is very complicated with lots of procedures
