About this app

Cl@ve is a system to electronically identify yourself in relations with Public Administrations.

If you are not registered in Cl@ve, you can register from this APP.
If you are registered in Cl@ve, you can activate this device with your DNI/NIE by means of an SMS or with your electronic certificate.

Once activated, from this APP you can confirm the authentication requests with Cl@ve Móvil and access the Cl@ve PIN that you request when accessing a procedure. It also allows access to the procedures of the Cl@ve system.

Impossible to move forward after selecting "accept the terms of usage". The app remains frozen on the same page with nothing happening. Tried installing and removing a couple of time without further success

Changing score as the support was attentive. Turns out the issue is actually not the app but my ISP (!) that is blocking the traffic for Cl@ve. Worked when swapping to mobile internet.

I experienced all the problems reported, HOWEVER I rang the support number and a really helpful guy went through everything with me. When you update the app it updates your support code too (doesn't tell you though!!) I'd been using the same code from green A4, green credit card size to TIE but now ,if you have the TIE you have to put the number at the top right of the front of the card. He waited for me to go through the whole process to make sure it worked and it did. Hope this helps
