The Correos App allows you to manage the sending and receipt of your parcels whether you are the Sender or Recipient, without having to enter any delivery codes. The app takes care of tracking them for you, even shipments that the user processes on Vinted, Wallapop, etc... Check the status of your orders or change the delivery address, all from the Correos App. Geolocate your nearest Correos office, Citypaq, or mailbox from the app, based on your location or any address you need. From the App, enter the necessary details to make the shipment, and the process at the office will be much quicker when you drop off the parcel. You will also be able to book an appointment at any office, speeding up any process. A code is generated from the Correos App that you only need to enter in the dispenser at the office. You may carry out customs formalities with an intrinsic value of up to €150. You can search for your postcode or enter a street and find the corresponding postcode. Correos is the only Spanish delivery service and it's the ultimate worst in the whole country. Broken products, lost items, 20 days to deliver something that's literally coming from the city next to me. They make it really hard, on purpose, to get to talk to an operator who will not solve any of your problems. Bought two things 7 days ago, one on AliExpress and another one delivered by correos. the Chinese one has already arrived while correos says for 6 days straight that it's "out for delivery

I have 24 cctv at my front door. The package I was waiting on didn't arrive. Not even a piece of paper to say they attempted to deliver my package. On my own volition I went to San Miguel post office. They told me the package had been returned to sender. They also lied that they had attempted twice to deliver it. My camera says otherwise. If there was another option, ie collect at the post office, I wouldn't have a problem. Just don't lie to me.

useless , a 48 hour signed for delivery took well over a week, delivery status would not update at all for several days. Not a professional service at all . Please improve your service .
