About this app

The official mobile application of the Valencian Health Department for mobile devices is aimed at all users of the public healthcare system in the Valencian Community. It allows users to request, view, and cancel primary care appointments; check pending specialist appointments; view prescribed medications along with a document detailing current treatments and a history of dispensed medications; access their virtual SIP card; generate and download primary care attendance receipts; access their Electronic Health Record of the Valencian Community, including viewing images of tests performed; locate healthcare resources; and modify contact information in their SIP card. All of this is available in the two official languages ​​of the Valencian Community.

Access is granted through three authentication methods: providing the SIP number, date of birth, and card issue date, and confirming via SMS validation code sent to the registered user's mobile phone number, providing the date of birth and scanning the barcode on the health card, or through Cl@ve. Access credentials for as many users as desired can be stored for reuse later, with a security system based on biometric data or password protection.

The Valencian Ministry of Health is responsible for and the author of the information displayed in the application. Furthermore, it guarantees the privacy and protection of your data (http://www.san.gva.es/es/web/app-gva-mes-salut/proteccion-de-datos). The Ministry also guarantees that personal information will be stored and used securely, only for as long as necessary, and solely to provide the personalized services described above.

To safeguard user/patient information, this application uses the secure HTTPS protocol for all communications with servers.

I'm trying to install this on my mother's new Android phone, a newer model of her previous phone, which has the app installed. It can't be installed on the newer phone - "this app won't work for your device" which is ridiculous... On top of that, I've managed to install it on another phone of mine, but I can't maintain any data because it demands a facial recognition ID (although that's very insecure and can easily be spoofed with a photograph), so I set it up, but it refuses to recognise it ...

I like we can book and see most appointments but the way to set the time is cumbersome. Also can't make appointments with nurse even though it's offered as an option. It could be easier to use.

Developers have blocked so it's not possible to use Google translate, so maybe you should make it possible to get Spanish and other languages..
