With this Incident app, myIncidence, you're no longer driving alone.

Carry the most advanced free roadside assistance app on your mobile phone.

In the event of an incident on the road, we make it easy. Simply follow our guided process in the app, and we'll help you manage the incident, activating the assistance service you need at that moment.

How does myIncidence work?

1. Download the app and follow the steps for setup and registration, so it's ready for when you need to report a roadside incident.

2. Connect your IoT beacon (Help Flash IoT, Help Flash IoT+, Hella IoT, Vzero, Ángel Gaitán, Sentinel Road, Netun, Balizauto, and HelpFlashToyota/Lexus). You can check connectivity, battery status, location, and receive an alert when it communicates with DGT3.0.

3. In case of a breakdown or accident, activate your app. If you have a linked v16 beacon, the app will launch automatically upon activation; otherwise, you can always activate it manually.

- We will ask you a few questions before contacting emergency services or your roadside assistance provider, depending on the type of incident.

- We will notify you and send your exact location (this service is available for emergency services and customers with active policies from insurance companies with current partnership agreements).

- You can share your location with your contacts.

- If the tow truck is connected and geolocated, you can see its route in real time until it arrives at your vehicle's location.

- Cancel (if it was a mistake) or close your incident, and give us your feedback on the service so we can continue improving.

INFORMATION REGARDING FOREGROUND SERVICE PERMISSION (FOREGROUND_SERVICE) WITH THE SMART MODEL:

This permission is only required for users who have a Help Flash Smart beacon linked, which connects via Bluetooth. In this case, the app needs to run a foreground service to maintain an active connection with the device, even when the screen is off or the app is running in the background. This allows the beacon activation to be detected and the guided roadside assistance process to be launched automatically.

This permission is not required for beacons connected via IoT technology (such as Help Flash IoT or Hella IoT), as their operation is based on direct connectivity with the DGT 3.0 platform.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Use the application responsibly and only when you really need it. The system is connected to an emergency triage service, so each time you activate this feature, a real incident will be generated.
