The participating volunteers will have the application installed on their mobiles, although the access codes will be provided by administrators of the Internal Management Application, who will be responsible for their registration.
Active demands will appear on their screens by means of a pending demand alarm and you can access the specific demand, or go to a window with a list of all pending demands that will have two buttons: pending and carried out.
By clicking, each specific request will be accessed, which will include the day, time, district and contact id AND an I accept button that, when pressed, will lead to a private chat with the requesting person to specify details, if applicable.
In each accepted demand, a completed button will appear, which the volunteer will have to mark once the accompaniment has been completed.
The volunteer will carry out a questionnaire to the elderly user with questions about their personal situation. This questionnaire will be optional for the user and their consent must be requested. The database originated with the questionnaires carried out will be sent to the General Directorate of the Major and updated periodically.
In the event that the volunteer detects through this questionnaire that the elderly person presents any risk situation, the questionnaire may be sent immediately to the General Directorate of the Elderly through a "send" button.
Finally, each request will be reflected in the personal area of ​​the volunteer with all its data (type of request, day, time, user ID, assessment).
