Caring for a parent is a family responsibility. Organizing it is, too.

OrDay is the app for scheduling shifts to care for an elderly or ill relative, keeping everything you need to know in one place: medication, appointments this week, pending tasks, and vital signs taken.

NO REGISTRATION, NO PASSWORDS
One family member creates the group with a name and shares an invitation code via WhatsApp. The rest join by pasting the code and selecting who they are from the list. No emails, no passwords, nothing to remember.

ONE CALENDAR, THE WHOLE FAMILY
Schedule the month's shifts and post them. Each family member instantly sees who is covering each day, indicated by a color. Requesting a shift change is as simple as a button, and it's recorded who requested and accepted, eliminating awkward conversations.

Not sure how to schedule the month? OrDay analyzes your family's actual medical history and suggests a schedule to review and publish with a single tap.

MEDICATION, WITH OFFICIAL DATA
Each medication has a profile with a photo of the box, its purpose, and the recommended dosage. The data (official name, package insert, technical data sheet) comes from the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) public registry, so it's always accurate. Simply photograph the box, and the app will find the medication.

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, NO MORE FORGETTING
A calendar with two separate reminders: one to prepare for the appointment (if a sample or report needs to be brought) and another to leave home on time. If someone is accompanying the person being cared for, the reminder is sent to both the caregiver and the person on duty.

DAILY TASKS
What needs to be done for each shift, easily marked with a tap. If something hasn't been done several times in a row, the app highlights it so it doesn't get forgotten.

VITAL SIGNALS TRACKING
Blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar, oxygen saturation, pain, and weight, with history and filters. Arrive at the doctor's appointment with the data, instead of a "well, okay."

SHARED SHOPPING LIST
Add what's missing with a tap directly from the calendar. The catalog learns what each family buys and automatically sorts the suggestions.

RECEIVED NOTIFICATIONS
Each notification (medication, appointment, task, shift change) is sent to the person on duty at that moment, not the entire family. And each type of notification has its own sound, configurable separately in the phone's settings: you can assign a specific tone to medication reminders and mute task notifications without missing anything important.

YOUR DATA
OrDay doesn't ask for email or phone number, and it doesn't create any accounts. No identifying information about the person being cared for is stored, including their name or ID number. Each family calendar is isolated from the others: there's no way to list or find another family's calendar.

OrDay is not a medical device. The information on medication and vital signs is for guidance only and does not replace the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

TESTING PHASE
What you see here is not a demonstration: it's the actual application, in use with real families. OrDay is still being finalized, and that's why it's starting with a limited number of calendars. This allows the team to closely support the first families and continue making adjustments based on their feedback. If there's no space available when you create your calendar, the app will automatically save it and notify you as soon as it's available; you don't need to do anything else. Any bugs or suggestions for improvement can be submitted from within the app, and you can see their status.
