Each exercise is accompanied by a guided video tutorial. Practice the scheduled exercises and check your evolution.

• Healthy habits: APMIO helps you build new healthy habits that will improve your physical, mental and social well-being. In this section you will be able to consult a series of informative videos on health.

• Sleep apnea risk test: You can take a simple free test through which you can find out your risk of suffering from sleep apnea.

• Personalized treatment: In addition, you can electronically request a diagnosis from a specialist in sleep medicine and receive your personalized treatment.

And if you are our patient you can keep a daily control of your treatment through the app. You will have access to detailed information, with a specific and personalized guide, where you can perform your exercises and follow the evolution of your treatment.
