After the 27 January 2026 update, the app disabled the option to download printable credentials. I hope this change is temporary. Until it’s fixed, it may be best to avoid updating the app from the Play Store.

This application is useless, does not take into account the Ethiopian infrastructure, denies the right of people to keep records in soft copy and paper as they can, and is a source of doubt that does not allow people to download and keep records in PDF format because it was made for commercial use.

Since the recent update, the application no longer allows users to download their ID cards. This creates challenges, especially for banking and official services where ID copies are required to open customer accounts. Please urgently reinstate the download feature.
