what ia wrong with this app? it is not working properly. i have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled so many times but it does not open if it open onces and closed. is it system issue or deliberate function??

I used the app for months and my only issue was downloading pdf takes time... but now it get worse 😞 😞 I have to uninstall and reinstall every time i want to use the app and that is so boring 😭😭

The First Time it works But after I exit and comeback it doesn't open, I have to reinstall or Clear data for it to work again and again. Please fix this issue (Device Samsung M11)
