Use another App. I contacted Customer Service to ask why they rejected my feedback (immediately and without investigation) regarding a bad experience and their response was that; it could harm the seller. So what's the point of feedback to warn potential clients if you are only allowed to post the "good side". JiJi is just as dishonest of some of their sellers.

😀🤣😂 in some hot business days, new uploads take up to 3 days to get approved by the admins. That's intentional in order to make the products of the premium users get high visibility. We have a lot of options now. Jiji is, nowadays, too unfair. It's understandable that premium users get priority, but the upload time has to be instantaneous like the Facebook marketplace.
