The platform is a haven for fraudulent activities. They do not take complaints seriously, all they do is tell you that you are not supposed to make payment upfront, like a seller would send an item to another state without payment. They also encourage fraudulent sellers to hide customers feedback and complaints for a fee, thereby making it impossible for people to know genuine sellers or what type of reputation a seller has.

A very simple UI. Easy to navigate and intuitive. However, there's something that is worth mentioning. When it comes to property search, the app is time consuming. For example, I want to search for property at Pinnock Beach Estate or other specific estates on the island, I would have to search countless properties within Lekki axis without specific references to specific locations. The app simply doesn't narrow search down to specific locations. It makes searching cumbersome time consuming.

I’m quite disappointed with the house listings on Jiji. Most of the houses I contacted about had already been collected or were no longer available, even though they were still advertised on the platform. It would be better if unavailable properties were removed or updated promptly so that people don’t waste their time contacting agents or landlords. I hope Jiji can improve the accuracy and updating of their property listings.
