It's a great app, and handles mediation very well. One big issue is that some phone models (specifically the Xiaomi 12S Pro in my case) has ads put up by sellers, but isn't available on the model list. I thought it didn't exist until I happened across it yesterday, and when I reopened the app to get the seller's details, it was gone like it was never there. Please look into this.

Jiji Nigeria had been amazing till of late. Jiji support team are not responsive so they're not responsible. they don't account for subscription. they don't take calls, they call only when they want to market to you. when there's a problem they don't respond. their chatbot is a screen they hide behind. No wonder I was warned against their premium subscription. I don't know how a technology based operation can take 6days unsolvable, in spite of email to support, customer service.

wonderful market place. there are lots and lots of reliable vendors here while few are actually untrustworthy. there is a major issue with price updates. jiji should make it compulsory for all sellers to have timely price update so that there are no funny stories when they're contacted regarding any product. how can you post a certain price and tell a different price when I contacted you for such product, not fair and it should be fixed. that's the only difference btw jiji & jumia, temu etc.
