Poor poor advertisement. I'll only increase my rating when something is done about my account. I've been selling on jiji for years and just had to be very careful with my pricing and item advertisement to make sales. But, this month has been worse. Doesn't matter how often you request for a call from your account manager. It's the same boring response of 'i'll escalate to the team' or we're working on it. No sales. No improvement. Nothing done.

I’m extremely disappointed with your customer service. For over a week, I’ve been reporting that my ad disappeared just three days after I paid for a top that was supposed to last one month. Despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done. Each time I follow up, your agent takes at least 24 hours to reply, and the only response I get is “will be checked ASAP,” yet no action is taken. I paid for a service that I’m not receiving, and I’m not getting any explanation as to why. Terrible!
