Very disappointing experience. Support takes days to reply, verification takes far too long, and they provide little to no explanation regarding their decisions. The worst part is that they have frozen my funds and refuse to release them, despite me providing all required documents and complying with all legal requirements. The lack of transparency and poor customer service make this platform difficult to trust. I cannot recommend it.
