Ratings and reviews

Unable to download maps. Just get error 'one or more packages are not completely downloaded. Please check the download page' Also error 'offline maps need to be updated' but they don't download. It was all working but not any more. Very annoying.

No facility to translate reviews. Its a basic, simple, and necessary requirement. And even worse, it inhibits copy and paste function, so cannot use another translator. What an appallingly badly designed app, especially considering its not even a free app, you pay for this! EDIT: June 3rd update. After updating today, I am locked out of app. Says my details are wrong. They are NOT wrong. Prompted to change password but refuses to accept a new one. What a steaming turd of an app 🤬

awful tech. app wouldn't load, so uninstalled and reinstalled. app didn't recognise the previously accepted password. the link from the reset email triggered an unknown server error. you've left me stranded without the app, on holiday, unable to book with my acsi card as a result.
