About this app

Most calorie apps take your age, height, weight and activity level, run them through a formula, and give you a calorie target.

That's useful as a starting point, but it's still just an estimate.

Ampsu starts there and then uses your actual data. Log what you eat for a couple of weeks, weigh yourself occasionally, and it can work out how your body is actually responding. Your target can then be based on that instead of a generic calculation.

You don't need to log workouts or earn calories back. Just log your food and your weight.

LOG FOOD WITHOUT MAKING A JOB OF IT

Search for something, scan its barcode, or save meals you eat often. You can also take a photo of a nutrition label and Ampsu will read it for you.

Most of the time, logging something takes a few seconds. It's designed to be quick, with as few taps as possible.

FOOD FROM EUROPEAN SHOPS

Ampsu has barcodes for foods from European supermarkets, including plenty of own-brand stuff.

Can't find something? Add it yourself in a few taps. It'll be there the next time someone needs it too.

MORE THAN CALORIES

Track protein, carbs and fat, as well as 18 micronutrients.

Look back at your week and see what you're actually eating, rather than just whether you hit your calorie number.

SET YOUR GOALS HOWEVER YOU LIKE

You don't have to use the same target every day.

Set different targets for different days, use a repeating pattern, have separate targets for training days, keep things dynamic, or just rely on Metabolism mode.

Ampsu looks at your data and gives you notes about what seems to be happening.

It's there to help you understand the numbers, not to tell you whether you were "good" or "bad".

Your data is stored on EU servers.

Ampsu doesn't use ad trackers and doesn't sell your data. You can export your data or delete your account from inside the app whenever you want.
