Ratings and reviews

Edit: Coolblue's reply shows what I mean about not caring. Reviews are for the app and services within it. Terrible experience. They sent a faulty coffee machine, it took over a month to get my money back. Cost around €900. I bought a grinder with the machine and they said they only part refund used products. I only used the grinder because I thought the coffee machine would work. Very disappointed by their customer service. I also wrote to their management team and they didn't care.

Every time I open the app it prompts me to enable notifications. they are enabled, and even if they aren't, it shouldn't spam me.

Terrible experience. I have order expensive laptop two times on Saturday but they cancelled that orders twice without any reason. So I didn't get it on sunday. Then I have ordered it another way, I payed and I was waiting at home entire evening waiting for delivery, but they didn't give my number to dhl, so they reported 'not at home'. I really regret I choose this shop. I had two cheaper offers for the same computer at other shops. Tomorrow they will not deliver as well.
