About this app

EU Delivery ID is where your address lives and where your parcels show up.

Create an account and you get an EU Delivery ID.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Keeps the address where you receive parcels. When you change it, the history is not overwritten: the previous version is kept, and the deliveries you have already added do not change.

• Adds a delivery by pasting the tracking number. The app tries to identify the carrier from the number — and when it cannot, it asks instead of guessing.

• Follows the status and the journey of the parcel.

• Shows statuses in your language, without carrier codes. When the carrier gives only the day, we show only the day — we do not invent a time nobody gave us.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO

• It does not collect the contents, the price or the payment method of your order. It never asks for them.

• It does not repeat the carrier's raw text on any screen. That text stays stored and only reaches you if you ask for your data inside the app.

YOUR ACCOUNT

• Only the account holder sees their deliveries.

• You can export your data or delete your account from inside the app.

• The same account works on your phone and in the browser.

PLANS

• Creating an account and saving your address are free. Adding and tracking deliveries requires a monthly plan: BASIC (10 new deliveries a month) or PLUS (20). They renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel where you bought.
