IDConference app is an event management app for organizers and planners for fast registration of their attendees. Application allows organizers to register, track and collect data of their attendees.
ONLINE - CREATE AN EVENT
App works together with registration on event management online platform EventID (www.eventid.eu). Register an account on EventID and create your own event that will automatically connect to this app.
Simple Steps will guide you:
• Event details
Enter your basic event infromation like Title, Category (Medical, IT, Art), Timeframe, Location and Logo.
• Event description
Describe your event what is about and give your attendees useful information and added value. Include the benefits of their attendance, who are the speakers and what are their credentials, show what activities you will provide and give a clear call-to-action.
• Attendee and Companion Info
Insert infromation you would like to have in Application Form of the event. From name to what type of lunch. You can even make your custom fields. Same goes for a potential companion.
• Agenda
Timeline, halls and activities. Simply upload agenda with our template, choose your possible tracking tools, preview and confirm.
• Tickets and payment
Choose between Free or Payed event. If event lasts more than a day, you can insert different type of pricing for each day.
Choose also a payment option for your attendees. We provide to you Bank transfer or Paypal.
• Accreditation
Choose between type of accreditation badge (Card, RFID tag, QR Code). Choose location of the tag, size of the bag and size of the font. Click Finish
After your created your own event you will receive your own Username and Password for Mobile Application ID.Conference and URL for you event landing page.
APP - REGISTER AND TRACK
Open the app, insert your Username and Password and start to track your event. All the data from platform is connected to the app.
COLLECT DATA
Collect data with registration of attendees. Scan their NFC or QR code and data will get collected into platform. You can collect data online or offline.
POST-EVENT ANALYTICS
After the event you can export the data and make reports for post-event analytics. See how many attendees have show up! Use the data to make a »New conference experience« each time you organize an event.
