It's OK. I appreciate the info about genetic predisposition, but life advice are of the chart useless. No alkohol, no smoking, be more active (obviously) , eat more grains... I don't do well on grains, I'm feeling bloated, my skin reacts to it, I don't do well on gluten. Was expecting a little bit more info about nutrition.

Ik had op de NOS wat over jullie gezien en dat maakte me erg nieuwsgierig. Ik moet zeggen dat ik skeptisch was, maar ik blij ben dat ik de app heb aangeschaft. De extra info over mezelf schaadt niet en baat wel.
