not being able to write on it while it floats literally defeats the entire purpose, if I wanted to only write in the app itself I'd get literally any other notes app

Gives me what I'm looking for. I want to add this I can't use it with my keyboard. please it will be good to be able to use with my keyboard

Can't move or resize on screen. Covers your screen making tapping impossible. You have to go into app settings to uninstall this app to get rid of it on your screen so you can use your device again.
