Ratings and reviews

If you started account creation and you change your mind you are stuck in it, you have to completely uninstall it and start from the top. It managed to delete my cart somewhere in the order process No transparency on the checkout page when you apply a coupon code what items in the cart apply for it and what the explicit reduced amount is I should have sticked with Amazon before even considering ordering here

Good designed app. I miss the dark mode support. Not there is a huge problem by the stock of books. There are books marked as available, which can be orderd. But in reality they could not even be orderd by the selected shop, but you as user see available and can be picked up the next day, so you waiting for the email that it has arrived at the shop. But then there is nothing in youre inbox, so you go to the shop and they tell you no one can order the book cause of Delivery problems. Great.

Random book recommendations keep popping up as notifications, but when I order books thorough the app there is no notification when they are ready for pick-up. That information is very hard to find in the personal settings. Also, when typing a book review and the app is closed for a second, all typed text is gone. Some books are only available as ebooks, even though it should be possible to order them as physical books. On the positive side: the option to have a book wishlist is nice.
