SD Maid allows you to:

• Manage installed user and system apps.
• Detect files formerly belonging to uninstalled apps.
• Search for files by name, content or date.
• Obtain a detailed overview of your devices storage.
• Optimize databases.
• Do actual app cleaning and remove expendable files, which supersedes what others may call 'cache cleaning'.
• Detect duplicate pictures, music or documents, independent of name or location.
• Run tools automatically on a schedule or via widgets.

SD Maid has optional features that utilize the AccessibilityService API to automate tedious actions.
Using the AccessibilityService API, SD Maid can click buttons for you to perform operations on multiple apps, e.g. deleting caches or force stopping apps.
SD Maid does not use the AccessibilityService API to collect information.

I've used Android phones for 20 years of so and have had a load of different cleaners. Last one was CCleaner, but sadly I think they've lost it. I read the 5 star reviews for SD Maid. I wanted a paid app that didn't send all my data out. Someone has put a lot of work in on this and it shows. Set up is fairly simple but first clean finds 5GB of 'junk', which is VERY scary as you think it's going to trash your phone. It doesn't, and subsequent runs are fast and reliable.

This app is amazing and I have trustingly used it since forever. Of course bought the pro version long time ago. One suggestion: using the App Freeze function a lot, I would need a widget or shortcut for freeze/unfreeze a specific app(s), in my very case 'magisk manager', otherwise I need to wait for sdmaid to load all of the 300+ apps each time.

Looking for the best ALL system cleaner on the app store? Need a replacement for the newly crippled system "not" Samsung care Well this is it! SD is a bit misleading as it cleanses ALL OF YOUR PHONE, not just your SD card as some may think. As soon as I uninstall a app its hunting for leftovers and finds them all! It optimizes databases, cleans everything! Never had it one break anything EVER! You can set it and forget it too. One off payment to PRO, no subscription junk. You won't find better!
