About this app

Vaditrans Admin is the office counterpart to the Vaditrans driver app. It gives
transport managers and dispatchers a fast, mobile view of every trip, driver and
vehicle in the fleet — without opening a laptop.

Sign in with your Vaditrans administrator account and you land straight on the
current trip list.

TRIPS AND DISPATCH
• Browse every trip with customer, cargo, loading and delivery dates, and the
assigned truck, trailer and driver at a glance.
• Filter by reference number, customer, truck number, trailer number or
date range — and narrow the list to open trips only.
• Open a trip for the full picture: route, cargo, customer and the
complete status history.
• Reassign work in seconds. Set the driver, second driver, truck, second truck
and trailer from a single screen.
• Reset trip statuses when a job has to be run again.

DRIVERS
• See every driver with their current status and the truck and trailer assigned
to them.
• Review a driver's recent trips to follow what they have been working on.
• Update contact details and the transport that the driver app pre-selects for
them.

TRUCKS AND TRAILERS
• Keep registration, inspection and ADR expiry dates in one place for every
vehicle.
• See at a glance which documents are valid, expiring soon or already expired before they become a roadside problem.
• Add comments and archive vehicles that are out of service.

BUILT FOR THE ROAD TRANSPORT OFFICE
• Three languages: English, Lithuanian and Russian, switchable at any time.
• Designed for phones, so you can check a load or reassign a driver from
anywhere.
• Administrator access only. Drivers have their own separate Vaditrans app.

BEFORE YOU INSTALL
Vaditrans Admin requires an existing Vaditrans account with administrator
rights. It is not a standalone product and cannot be used without a Vaditrans
subscription. If your company already uses Vaditrans, your administrator can
grant you access.
