The recording and transcription was ok . but the Ai was very basic . Found myself taking the transaction into other software to proses . also easy to loose your recording if you don't have network and doing long recording as the upload takes long . not for me . My default recorder and post prosese way more reliable and powerful with an ai I can work with

paid $50 and it is nowhere close to what the audio said. waste of money. in fact refund my $50! It also part of the way through kept repeating I don't know numerous times on a line and numerous lines.

After recording audio, it does not upload. so what's the need of having the app and paying a subscription fee for a whole year. when its useless to me. I have been sending emails to customer service but nobody replies.
