The recording and transcription was ok . but the Ai was very basic . Found myself taking the transaction into other software to proses . also easy to loose your recording if you don't have network and doing long recording as the upload takes long . not for me . My default recorder and post prosese way more reliable and powerful with an ai I can work with

It's useless. All of a sudden AI note taker is transcribing English audio into an Asian written language. Because this was the original transcription, the translation to English is gibberish. There is no way of changing the app default back to English.

After recording audio, it does not upload. so what's the need of having the app and paying a subscription fee for a whole year. when its useless to me. I have been sending emails to customer service but nobody replies.
