I paid for a subscription thinking I was getting customized face products to use, as shown on the Facetory website. What I actually received was just tutorials and no face products. I immediately canceled the subscription about 5 minutes after I paid for it once I realized the accident made. I also emailed the company requesting a refund and they refused to refund my money. I don't feel I should have to pay for something that I didn't want to begin with.

Hello Amanda, sorry to hear that Facetory didn't meet your expectations. This is a face yoga app that helps target problematic face areas and improve their condition through regular exercises, the actual products were never advertised...However, if you don't wish to proceed with the app, please reach us so we come up with a solution :)

Deceiving. The ap is free to download, but its contents are all pay to use on a membership subscription. No thanks Edit : Maybe helpful to developers since a reply was made. Upon installing, to set up, the first page im greeted with is to pay for a subscription, with 2 different options for payment plans. One being a free trail that still requires a credit card before charged $30/ mo. There is nowhere to close out or to skip for truly free content.

An absolute rip off for the money you pay. Judging from the tons of poor reviews, I'm not the only one to experience this. Exercises move too quick to follow and navigation through the app makes for a poor user experience. What's worse, there's no 30-days money back guarantee (or similar) like you see for many other online products. Would def NOT RECOMMEND. And so looking forward to cancelling my subscription.
