I enjoy the benefits of this app! Can feel and see my face toning up. However, there's model in the program that is hard for me to follow along. The way she smiles is a bit smug and makes me uncomfortable when doing her classes. You have to completely watch each video to progress to the next class. I started playing the video idly while not looking at the phone so that I can access more of the program w/o having to watch her. I'm sorry to sound harsh, I prefer the models with softer expressions.

Paid $27 for a 3m. sub a yr ago, enjoyed it for a solid 4 wks but then I was billed $34.99 from these people! I asked for a refund and sent my receipt but they refused. After the 4 weeks the app decides to just stop working. The videos would not load. So I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app and now I'm getting charged AGAIN a year later. It was very frustrating the issue was never resolved, absolutely dissatisfied with the service.

They charged a card that was cancelled due to fraudulent activities in my account. I did not provide them with the new number and was charged without my concent. Don't use this app at all they are scammers. Can't even rate them but to post I had to. Think twice to cancel is horrendous. Yes you did charge without my concent. Plus you bargain my refund in 10% increments until 40% n yet to hear for a response. The explanation is not logical. I wan my money back!
