Six practice modes are provided for users to choose from, encouraging users to develop daily class-setting habits:
Meditation: sitting meditation, moving meditation, morning and evening classes, worshiping Buddha, chanting mantras, chanting Buddha’s name
When the meditation begins, Master Guoyuan will first use his voice to lead the user to slowly relax each part of the body. At the end of the meditation time, APPS will use a sound to remind the user to sit down.
The dynamic Zen mode provides demonstration videos that can be projected to a TV for viewing.
The Buddha worshiping mode provides guidance for worshiping Buddha and guidance without worshiping Buddha. It also provides convenient guidance for Bodhisattvas who are not familiar with the movements and mental methods of worshiping Buddha.
Morning and evening class mode provides morning and evening class videos, which can be projected to TV for viewing.
In the mantra mode, the user can freely select mantras, input counting records using mobile phones, or use beads to count freely.
In the Buddha chanting mode, the user can freely select the holy name, enter the counting record with the mobile phone, or use the prayer beads to count freely.
