About this game

Fish Empire is a strategic merge puzzle game played across four vertical columns.
Each turn, you receive either a fish or an item and must place it into one of the four columns. When two identical elements end up adjacent to each other within a column, they automatically merge and produce a superior upgraded element in their place. Planning where you place each piece is essential, because the order and position of elements determines when and where merges happen.
If a single move triggers more than one merge at the same time, you earn a score multiplier for that turn. Chaining multiple merges together through careful placement is the core skill of the game and the key to reaching high scores. The longer you can keep the board manageable while setting up multi-merge turns, the better your result will be.
The game ends when the board reaches a state where the next incoming element cannot be placed in any of the three columns. There are no time limits, so every decision is purely about spatial thinking and forward planning rather than speed.
Your best scores are tracked on leaderboard, allowing you to compare your results with other players and set new personal records to work toward.
The in-game shop offers a selection of backgrounds that you can purchase and switch between to customize the visual style of your game. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect gameplay in any way.
