Overall the service is excellent I've used it a lot and it's been very useful. But recently the app has been glitchy as hell. Can't track the van at all and it gives crazy pick up times . So maybe look at the app bugs, as appart from that it's easy to use and really helps me get about

The route I want to take is a 40 min walk. Instead of a fflecsi it says to take 2 normal buses (twice the cost) one in to town and another out; journey time 1h15 (plus the bus goes 15 minutes later than I wanted to). I thought the point was to avoid trips into and out of the centre. Looks like this isn't going to be helpful for me. App on-boarding needs a bit of finessing too. Maps go to wrong zoom level. Selecting a time uses a sort of "spinner", not intuitive.

Booked a bus, arrived at the pickup point before the specified time. The app was easy to use. Sadly when the bus arrived, I waved at the driver to show I was there, and he decided to look right at me, shrug and then drive off into the distance. Maybe he had places to be, like...picking up customers. Not overly impressed with the service and has put me off using it again to be honest.
